CrewTrack computes overtime on the real fire-service 7(k) work-period basis, not a flat weekly threshold. It tracks each member's hours against their configured FLSA period and surfaces who is approaching or over the line, with the dollar cost attached.

Shift trades, end to end

CrewTrack doesn't stop at tracking hours. It closes the loop. At the end of a pay period, review every member's computed pay in one place, regular and overtime hours split on the real 7(k) work-period basis, comp time, and the dollar totals, then submit it for approval and lock it. Locking freezes the numbers and the underlying time entries so nothing can change after sign-off. What you approved is exactly what you export.

Sign-off and lock workflow

Frozen and tamper-evident

Once a period is locked, its pay statements and time entries are frozen. Corrections flow forward as adjustments in the next period, so a signed-off payroll is a permanent record of what was paid.
