Frequently asked questions
What does setup include?
Self-serve setup is $0 and takes minutes. The optional done-for-you build (offered on NarcoticTrack, BloodTrack, and ResusciTrack) covers tenant configuration, integrations, admin provisioning, branding, and one or two training sessions. ProtocolTrack, CertTrack, and SupplyTrack are fully self-serve, no done-for-you tier.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Start with one module and add modules at any point. We will prorate the new module to your existing renewal date so everything is on one invoice.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes. Pay annually for a discount over month-to-month, and pay for two or three years up front for an additional discount. Most agencies pay annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH and check are preferred and avoid card processing fees. Credit card and purchase orders are also supported. Net 30 invoicing is standard for government agencies.
How does onboarding work?
Self-serve onboarding lets you sign up, log in, and start within an hour. Done-for-you onboarding is configured to your agency end to end and takes one to two weeks. Either way, you keep your data and you can export at any time.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Pricing is per module per year for the entire agency. Add unlimited app users at no extra cost. The price for a five-medic department and a hundred-medic department is the same.
